RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority, but we understand mistakes happen.
IF A REFUND IS BECAUSE OF OUR MISTAKE
If we make a mistake in the fulfillment of your order (i.e. wrong product, out of date product, etc.) or there is damage to the product on arrival. We will happily refund or replace items at our cost for our mistakes.
IF A REFUND IS BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE
If your order is not correct at no fault of your own we will give you the option of receiving a replacement or a refund.
We're unable to offer refunds for items with broken or opened seals. Since these are food products, maintaining their quality and safety is our top priority once the seal is opened. Thank you for understanding!
If your order is not correct at no fault of your own we will give you the option of receiving a replacement or a refund.
However, if you make a mistake ordering we do not offer refunds. We can not offer refunds if you order the wrong product. We can however exchange for the correct product assuming the original shipment is returned in the same condition it was shipped.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer in this scenario.
